What are the main functions of Cleanroom Wiper?

Main functions of Cleanroom Wiper:

1. High-efficiency absorption and dust removal: Made of microfiber or continuous fiber polyester, it has extremely strong liquid absorption capacity and can capture and lock particles of 0.5-20µm, significantly reducing surface residual particulate and ionic contamination.

2. Low particle release: Processed with special techniques (such as laser cutting and heat-sealing edges), it produces almost no fiber or particle shedding during use, meeting ISO Class 5-6, Class 10-100 and other cleanroom requirements.

3. Antistatic and solvent resistance: Some products incorporate carbon fiber or Kosilveron into the fibers to reduce static electricity buildup during wiping; it also has good solvent resistance, making it suitable for chemically sensitive environments such as semiconductors and pharmaceuticals.

4. Versatile application: It can be used for surface cleaning, liquid coating, and spill recovery in industries such as electronics, precision machinery, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology, ensuring the cleanliness of critical processes and product quality.

How to avoid cross-contamination when using Cleanroom Wiper?

Measures to prevent cross-contamination when using Cleanroom Wiper:

1. Double vacuum packaging: Double-layer vacuum bags or double-bag packaging are used at the factory to prevent external particles from entering and to maintain a dust-free environment during transportation and storage.

2. Dedicated cleaning and disinfection process: High-temperature or gamma-ray sterilization is performed in a Class 10 clean laundry system before and after use to ensure that the microbial load of each wiping cloth is reduced to an acceptable level.

3. Single use or strict zoning: Dedicated wiping cloths are used in different processes or areas with different cleanliness levels. After use, they should be discarded immediately or returned to a dedicated recycling system to avoid the same cloth circulating between different environments, which could lead to cross-contamination of particles or microorganisms.

4. Handling procedures: Operators should wear dust-free gloves and use a non-contact method to handle the cloths (such as using pliers or a dedicated cloth handling box). The cloths should be sealed immediately after use to prevent recontamination of the wiping cloth surface by hands or air.

Is aseptic packaging required when using Cleanroom Wiper in pharmaceutical production?

1. Must use aseptic packaging: Pharmaceutical processes have extremely low tolerance for microbial contamination. Clean wipes must be packaged and sterilized in a sterile environment to meet GMP requirements.

2. Commonly used aseptic packaging methods: Double-layer vacuum packaging, heat-sealed edges, and gamma ray or high-temperature steam sterilization are industry standards that ensure the wipes remain sterile before use.

3. Compliance with pharmaceutical cleanroom standards: Wipes conforming to ISO Class 5-6 and Class 10 standards are typically labeled "Sterilized Clean Wiper" in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically designed for the sterile environment of pharmaceutical production.

4. Regulatory requirements: Pharmaceutical manufacturers must provide sterility validation reports and packaging compliance documents for the wipes when submitting approval documents, ensuring that each batch of products meets the sterility requirements of the National Medical Products Administration.
