In ISO 5/6 standard cleanroom environments, Clean Swabs are a key tool for ensuring dust-free and fiber-free products.
1. No Fiber Shedding
Clean Swabs use a special polyester fiber material, which is cured under high temperature and pressure, resulting in tightly bound fibers. Unlike ordinary cotton swabs, they do not shed fibers during the cleaning process, preventing contamination of product surfaces with tiny fiber fragments.
2. Strong Absorption Capacity
Due to the inherent properties of the material, Clean Swabs have extremely strong absorption capabilities. They can quickly absorb liquids and tiny particles, preventing liquid residue or spreading, which is especially important for cleaning electronic components and optical lenses.
3. Low Particle Emission
As an industrial cleanroom product, Clean Swabs are strictly controlled during production and use, significantly reducing particle emissions. This is crucial for industries with extremely high cleanliness requirements, such as semiconductors, photovoltaics, and optical lenses.
4. Multiple Process Certifications
Suzhou Jujie Electron Co., Ltd., as a professional Clean Swab manufacturer, typically has its products certified by international cleanroom standards such as NEBB and ISO 9001, ensuring that every swab meets strict cleanroom standards.
How to correctly clean a camera sensor with a Clean Swab?
Camera sensor cleaning is an extremely delicate operation and requires the use of a professional lint-free Clean Swab (such as a 12mm Lint-Free Microfiber Swab) and sensor cleaning fluid. The following are the correct cleaning steps:
1. Preparation
Switch the camera to manual mode.
Activate the camera's built-in sensor cleaning function. This step uses the camera's internal vibrator or fan (Rocket Blower) to remove loose dust from the surface.
2. Using the Clean Swab
Gently apply two drops of sensor cleaning fluid to the edge of the Clean Swab tip. Be careful not to squeeze too much; only the edge of the swab head should absorb the fluid.
Gently and evenly slide the swab slowly from one end of the sensor (e.g., the upper left corner) to the other end (lower right corner). Use gentle movements and avoid repeatedly rubbing the same area to prevent damaging the delicate structures on the sensor surface.
3. Inspection and Completion
After cleaning, restart the camera's sensor cleaning function to check for any remaining dust.
Reattach the lens and take a test shot (such as a completely white image) to check for any black spots or dust marks.
